Therefore, we are currently seeking a Real Estate Manager with a focus on office and workplace management.
How to contribute to our visionAs a Corporate Real Estate Manager, you will manage real estate office projects in cooperation with our real estate regions and other internal and external stakeholders.
Your primary areas of responsibility will include:
Further develop our office standards in line with changing office work requirements.With your expertise in Workplace Management, you will design floorplans and set standards for furniture selection.Establishment of new office locations: Site search and management of the fit-out project, project management, steering all internal and external stakeholders.
Setting up all real estate related services including tendering in cooperation with procurement.As a representative of the global Real Estate Portfolio Management team, you will be part of global projects and ensure that our global real estate standards are kept.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
You have a university degree with a major in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, real estate studies or comparable qualifications.You will have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, in particular corporate real estate management (office), workplace management, real estate leasing, contract negotiations and office planning.As a person, you must be open-minded and proactive, and have a result- and quality-oriented approach to your tasks.You will have to be a strong communicator - with the ability to transfer your knowledge to others.You must be able to understand the decision-making drivers of the Corporate Real Estate organization, and possess the ability to present the result of your work in an understandable manner.
