We are looking for a Corporate People Manager.
Reporting directly to the CEO and being part of the company's management team, your Mission will be to promote organizational development, evolve the corporate culture, and define the People Management strategy.
Your responsibilities Collaborate with corporate leadership to align People strategies with business goals and develop the organization.
Analyze workforce needs to ensure the company can meet future demands and develop succession plans for key roles.
Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Implement effective onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Create and manage training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and develop career progression paths to retain top talent.
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to employees and address performance issues promptly and constructively.
Establish clear performance metrics and regular review processes.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee empowerment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances effectively.
Manage and lead the People team.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep the company competitive.
Your profile You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
A Master's degree and continuous training will be valued.
You have over 10 years of experience in HR or people management roles and can prove successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in Catalan/Spanish and English.
