As Corporate Lawyer you will: You will be responsible for collaborating with external lawyers: coordination and management of external lawyers and direct reporting to the CEO.Act as interlocutor in relation to patent and trademark registration.Advising Tappx, PlayOn Content and Taproom on legal rights and obligations in relation to commercial contracts with third parties and on GDPR and others.Drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts in collaboration with business and cross departments.Special focus on DPA.Keeping up to date with privacy policy compliance and review and update of texts and policies in relation to GDPR compliance and related regulations in international environments.Interlocution with the IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) on issues related to data protection.Act as a support figure with external lawyers in lawsuits of all kinds in the company.Archiving and control of the generated documentation.Your Dream Job Awaits at Techsoulogy!
