About the Role: We are looking for a HR Manager to join our company located in Castelldefels (Barcelona).
He/she will be in charge of the following responsibilities: Responsibilities: Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives at corporate level.
Act as a mentor and guide for the HR team, offering direct support with daily tasks and helping resolve challenges that may arise.
Help grow the HR Team.
Develop and implement training plans, not only for the company but also for the professional growth of the HR team members.
Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and talent acquisition/retention.
Supervise and collaborate on key department projects, such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure that the HR department is aligned with the company's long-term talent needs.
Be flexible and accessible to solve everyday problems, whether related to technology, deadlines, or any logistical issue.
Ensure that tools and resources are available to the team so that they have everything needed to work efficiently.
Global responsibility for the organization talent functions and culture.
Organize and oversee well-being activities within the team, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for department members.
Create, develop and improve HR procedures and policies at corporate level according to business needs.
Background: Previous and successful experience or equivalent in a HR Manager role on a global scale in pharmaceutical organizations (+5 years).
Required Skills: Extensive experience and knowledge in talent management practices and tools.
Mastery of the English language.
Strong cross cultured communication skills.
Good in coaching and mentoring.
Preferred Skills: As HR Manager you will lead the People & HR Department and used to working with diverse personalities and viewpoints.
You'll have to deal with people's emotional intelligence, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital.
Consequently, it would be ideal if you are an empathetic and a resilient person.
Role modelling.
As a HR Manager, you will demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives, and culture of the organization.
A strong working knowledge of employment law issues, best practice processes for disciplinaries, redundancies and payroll is required, as well as experience of employee relations.
