.HR-JD:01 Job Title: Corporate HR Manager Job Grade/Level: Department Manager Level Department: Human Resources Department Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVES: The job provides practical, consistent, and proactive support, guidance and advice to other department heads on manpower related issues, HR policies & procedures, employment processes, rewards and recognition, industrial relations, learning and development to facilitate in achieving the objectives and goals of the Company. Performs human resources management functions and programs relating to talent acquisition/hiring, employee relations and discipline, compensation and benefits, employee movement, legal risks and compliance management and organizational matters to build a sustainable and thriving organization. Plans, develops and implements policies and procedures for organizational design and set up to include functional charts, organizational structures, manpower complement and monitoring, manpower plantilla and deployment, job descriptions and specifications, and manpower streamlining and alignment. Formulates reviews and revise HR policies, programs, processes, procedures, and systems as needed to maintaining and updating Company rules and regulations as well as employee handbook and/or HR manuals. Establishes a standard for manpower acquisition, recruitment and selection, and hiring guidelines and onboarding processes to place the right person on the right job and above all, best fit in terms of character and potential to grow with the Company. Collaborates and consults with business unit leaders and hiring managers on effective and efficient manpower acquisition plans and processes with understanding and anticipation of current/updated employment trends and employee engagement approaches consistent with the Company's objectives. Oversees HR programs and practices/activities on rewards and recognition, attendance and leave (time-off) management, periodic performance evaluation, competencies and talent management, productivity improvement programs, and morale and retention undertaking. Superintends the attendance and timekeeping processes in close linked with the payroll systems covering working week/day/hour, absences and tardiness, computation of wages salaries, periodic pay release and essential reporting in managing employee resources. Administers and keeps information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date both for government provided/mandated wages and regulated privileges like those provided under Wage Orders and social benefits like SSS, EC, Phil Health, Pag-Ibig (HDMF), Company uniforms, transportation and Official Business trip, cash advances, allowances, per diem, and other avaiment and entitlement related to business operations
