The OpportunityWorking at the Information Technology department reporting to the service Delivery Manager HR & Legal, the HR & Legal consultant will provide support to Human Resources & Legal Departments.
What you'll get to do• Provide consulting to Human Resources Department specifically expert in Success Factors 
• Manage internal client relationship:
- IT HR & Legal consultant will usually be an experienced worker with technical expertise coupled with an understanding of business and management principles.
- Keep in touch with internal clients to provide support and promote ideas for the improvement of the internal processes.
• Project collaboration:
- Collaborate in HR & Legal projects related to IT department in terms of management and / or execution.
- Project budget monitoring and suppliers' selection.
• Manage incidents / changes in Service Desk:
- Control of all incidents in the own area, leading initiatives to maintain SLA according to department objectives.
- Participate in Service Desk changes in the own area to control priority aging and quality of them.
We'd love to meet you if you haveMinimum of 5 years of expertise providing support to Human Resources from the Technology area in SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, and People Analytics 
• Education: 
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
• Languages: 
Excellent level of English & Spanish is an asset.
• Competencies: 
- Desire to work in an International Information Systems environment 
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development, and People Analytics
- Other Success Factors modules are an asset. 
o SAP HCM is an asset.
o The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic understanding, both business and technology along with exceptional relationship building skills.
