Job Title: Corporate Functions Finance Controller
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)
Job Description Implement Controlling policies, programs and plans on budgets, financial reports, forecasts, direct and indirect costs, actual vs. budgeted and cost variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities Control Corporate functions OPEX and FTE as well as Below EBITDA costs while acting as Finance Business Partner to multiple Stakeholders in Headquarter and Regions.Provide monthly performance analyses and comments to Budget owners and Corporate Function Head & Leadership team as well as Galderma Top management.Identify financial risks & opportunities, ensure timely communication to key Stakeholders as well as implementation of corrective actions.Consolidate Corporate functions across multiple legal entities and act as co-pilot of the Corporate Function Heads as well as Subfunction Head.Ensure timely and accurate forecasting submission in the local and global financial tools.Support and perform efficient month-end closing and S2P activities for several legal entities (GSA/GHSA/Galderma Group AG and Galderma Capability Center).Support Corporate and finance stakeholders through ad-hoc financial analysis.Daily communicate with team members in India (SSC) to resolve issues, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals and deliverables.Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance the effectiveness in collaboration with several Finance business partners such as Shared service team, Accounting and Consolidation team etc.Contribute or lead to various ad-hoc projects.Skills & Qualifications Strong background in working in an international environment in controlling/audit.Strong knowledge of Excel, Smartview, Analytic software.Prior background in Accounting and Controlling.Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact in a Matrix organization with a global footprint and cultural exposure.Flexibility and ability to deal with various tasks in parallel, and work within project/transversal way.Ability to interact with different types of Stakeholders (External, Internal, Finance, Top Executives Managers).What we offer in return You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believes we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.You will receive a competitive compensation package with bonus structure and extended benefit package.You will be able to work in a hybrid work culture.You will participate in feedback loops, during which a personalized career path will be established.You will be joining a growing company that believes in ownership from day one where everyone is empowered to grow and to take on accountability.Process steps Send your CV in English.If your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first virtual conversation with Talent Acquisition.The next step is a virtual conversation with the hiring manager.The final step is a panel conversation with the extended team.Our people make a difference At Galderma, you'll work with people who are like you.
