DescriptionBiG is recruiting a Senior Analyst to join its Madrid Corporate Finance team and support the growing business in Spain and international markets.ResponsibilitiesNew business initiatives, including pitchbooks to companies and international investors; Execution of M&A deals, involving industry analysis, financial modelling, company valuation and deal structuring; Valuations and financialanalysis through modelling; Creating management presentations: teasers, pitch books, IM, etc; Must Have RequirementsDegree in BA or Economy.
