DescriptionBiG is recruiting a Senior Analyst to join its Madrid Corporate Finance team and support the growing business in Spain and international markets.
ResponsibilitiesNew business initiatives, including pitchbooks to companies and international investors;Execution of M&A deals, involving industry analysis, financial modelling, company valuation and deal structuring;Valuations and financial analysis through modelling;Creating management presentations: teasers, pitch books, IM, etc;Must Have RequirementsDegree in BA or Economy. Masters in Finance or MBAs is a plus;Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, consulting or auditing;Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills;Strong academic background/results and financial knowledge (accounting and company valuation) and understanding of financial statements;Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously;Proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook;Attention to detail.What's On OfferThe professional will have the opportunity to be part of a growing and successful team, to work on mid-caps transactions.
