Corporate Finance Senior Analyst (Df-900)

DescriptionBiG is recruiting a Senior Analyst to join its Madrid Corporate Finance team and support the growing business in Spain and international markets.
Responsibilities New business initiatives, including pitchbooks to companies and international investors; Execution of M&A deals, involving industry analysis, financial modelling, company valuation and deal structuring; Valuations and financial analysis through modelling; Creating management presentations: teasers, pitch books, IM, etc; Must Have Requirements Degree in BA or Economy.
Masters in Finance or MBAs is a plus; Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, consulting or auditing; Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills; Strong academic background/results and financial knowledge (accounting and company valuation) and understanding of financial statements; Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously; Proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook; Attention to detail.
