Corporate Finance Professional

Company developing green projects in the renewable energy sector at Europe is seeking collaboration with a corporate finance professional having  knowledge of the capital markets (Pre-Ipo - Ipo) bonds, various types of shares etc.
Should have past experience in drafting information memorandums and financial modelling.
Must be English speaking and located in the EU/UK.
Preference will be given to a person having worked as an investment banker or in corporate finance department of one of the big 4 auditing firms.
