Corporate Finance Manager - Minor Hotels Eu&Am (Former Nh Hotel Group) - Madrid

MAIN FUNCTIONS
Position with a variety of financial roles:
Financial Analysis:
Business plan formulation of new opportunities (Expansion, Assets renegotiations and repositioning investments) to be agreed with inputs from other departments.
Financial analysis of investments (IRR, NPV, payback, sensitivity analysis).
Conduct annual appraisal and Impairment Test of the Group's asset base.
Analysis of inorganic growth transactions.
Corporate Finance:
Refinancing or debt issuance processes.
Active interaction with Financials Institutions.
Annual review processes with Rating Agencies.
Formulation of the Group's financial information for Annual Accounts.
EXPERIENCE
More than 5 years of experience in financial functions related to valuation analysis (Investment Banking / Finance/ Consulting).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's / Higher Degree / MBA program, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or similar
Ensured command in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent English and Spanish
OTHER INFORMATION
The position will report to the SVP of Corporate Finance and to the VP of Financial Analysis.
