Responsibilities: Generating all necessary documentation related to processes.
Execution of the ongoing process strategy as defined by the Dealmaker.
Perform detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable transactions and multiples.
Perform market analysis, competitive position and search for new potential investors for the processes.
Participate in the coordination of the project, including the direct relationship with the investor or seller, under the Dealmaker's command.
How will you do it? As a team! With the help of a team of analysts and with direct contact with the Partner and Dealmakers and with the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team within the company (tax, legal, labour...).

Profile Requirements: Graduate in ADE, Economics or similar.
Minimum experience of 2/3 years in the field of auditing.
Good command of Excel is highly valued.
Advanced English at written and spoken level, and knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Proactive, self-motivated and passionate about results.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Critical analysis and proposals for improvement.
Interest in the world of technology, corporate finance, investment or consultancy is a plus.
Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus.
