We are currently seeking a Corporate Development Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). NTT DATAs Corporate Development team partners with the executive leadership team to identify, structure and execute targeted merger and acquisition and other investment opportunities in support of its broader corporate strategy. We are seeking a Corporate Development Associate to join the team, with the successful candidate playing critical part of the growth strategy at NTT DATA, with high exposure across all levels of the organization. Location: This will be a hybrid role. Come in the Plano office a couple of days a week and work remotely the other days. Responsibilities include: Drive the financial evaluation of investment opportunities alongside the wider Corporate Development Team and Senior Business leaders in support of NTT DATAs strategic priorities Leads the development financial modeling and the development of financial analyses of potential acquisition targets. Leads/Co-Leads due diligence processes collaborating with both external stakeholders and cross functional work teams Evaluating synergy opportunities and risks associated with Potential Investments Preparing Investment Committee and Board of Director materials for presentation of investment opportunities Follow Competitive and Market dynamics to inform decisions on future investments and develop deep understanding of sector and key themes and impacts to Valuation Requirements: The successful candidate should demonstrate these required skills: Previous experience in either Corporate Development, Private Equity, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance functions, with experience in structuring complex corporate transactions Must have extensive Financial Modeling experience with deep understanding of valuation techniques and methodologies (inc. (DCF, LBO and ROIC) Strong financial background with demonstratable ability to interpret financials, construct complex financial models and develop detailed financial scenarios. Proven track record in working in M&A transactions with a bility to perform independently, managing complex analysis and multiple dynamic projects. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and advanced analytical skills Exceptional Communication and Executive Presence with ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders. Passion for excellence and ability to drive projects through to execution with competing timelines.
