Corporate Development and M&A Associate Role overview: As one of our Corporate Development and M&A Associates, you will be a key contributor to our corporate strategic initiatives working closely with the business and a variety of stakeholders. Operating at the forefront of strategy and M&A activities, you will assist in evaluating potential opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the execution of transactions. Responsibilities: Assisting in the evaluation of potential M&A opportunities. Supporting the development of strategic plans. Conducting financial modelling and analysis. Assisting market analysis and industry research. Supporting the preparation of presentation materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams. Supporting post-merger integration activities. Monitoring industry trends and market developments. Assisting in negotiating transaction terms. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Previous experience in investment banking, corporate development, management consultancy, M&A advisory or similar role desirable Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
