The ideal candidate will have experience with business law, employment law, and contract review for an international organization. As Corporate Counsel, a typical day might include the following: Being the primary legal support for assigned business units and subsidiaries (EMEA). Research, anticipate, and proactively advise client on legal matters. Working with external counsel to advise client on legal issues and support litigation. Drafting and reviewing business agreements, company policies, and other documents. Other duties as assigned. This job might be for you if: Law degree from an accredited university. Member in good standing with applicable legal jurisdiction (if applicable). 3+ years' experience practicing law. Business and legal fluency in English. Demonstrated expertise in required areas of labor, contracts, and corporate law. Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (Preferred) Business and legal fluency in additional language(s) (Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic). People are at the core of our company.
