You will play a key role in developing and refining our operational excellence strategy in alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine the operational excellence strategy aligned with organizational objectives.Lead multidisciplinary teams to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness, providing training, and facilitating change management initiatives across the organization.Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of operational excellence initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.Plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects to ensure timely delivery of results within established scope and budget.Collaborate with local and corporate teams to gather insights, gain support, and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in operational excellence and share knowledge with the organization to drive continuous improvement.Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational excellence initiatives to ensure successful implementation and sustainable results.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar.Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar position.Extensive knowledge of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement techniques.Previous experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.Previous experience in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.Lean Certification (Black belt) highly desirable.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Power BI, Minitab, Tableau) for performance analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of the organization.Problem-solving orientation with a focus on driving innovative solutions to complex challenges.Strategic vision.Proficiency en English.Benefits:Viscofan offers a competitive salary, annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package
