Reports To: Corporate Consolidation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consolidation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial consolidation with a background in a Big Four accounting firm. This role requires a high level of English and proficiency in Microsoft tools. Experience with SAP, SAP Group Reporting, and Workiva will be a plus.
Responsibilities:Reconcile intercompany and other related party transactions.Review reporting packages of group entities, ensuring information provided aligns with group expectations and standards.Perform financial consolidation processes for the company in certain areas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify financial data.Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior management.Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.Maintain and improve consolidation processes and systems.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in financial consolidation, with a preference for candidates with Big Four experience.Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. French would be a plus.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with SAP, SAP Group Reporting and Workiva is highly desirable.Experience in a publicly traded company environment.Knowledge of IFRS.
