Corporate Compliance Programs comprise: Anticorruption Compliance, Competition Compliance, Due Diligence, Transparency and Fair Market Value. He/she will report to the Global Compliance Regional Manager and ultimately to the Chief Compliance Officer, while supporting the executive teams in the Region in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in scope.What your responsibilities will beYou will act as Compliance Representative, executing compliance reviews for, providing clearance to, and monitoring execution of events, interactions and engagements within the Region, by means of compliance IT suite ("Salesforce Compliance").You will act as Local Due Diligence Coordinator within the Region, supporting business owners in managing and monitoring Third Parties' compliance, by means of compliance IT suite ("Aravo").You will act as a compliance advisor to management and staff within the Region, providing guidance in compliance matters covered by the Programs.You will assist compliance management in initiating and/or participating in risk assessments for the Programs within the Region.You will assist compliance management in designing and implementing compliance controls within the Region, consistent with risk assessments and avoiding incoherencies or redundancies between the Programs, while creating or maximizing synergies.You will assist compliance management in designing and providing, or facilitating, compliance training to employees, following a risk-based approach.You will assist compliance management and leadership teams in promoting an organizational culture that encourages compliant behaviour in the Region.You will assist compliance management in different projects, partnering together with other Compliance Managers, regionally or globally.You will assist compliance management in activities supporting Transparency Reporting and Fair Market Value within the Region.As needed, you will appropriately and clearly report to the Global Chief Compliance Officer any potential violations of applicable laws, rules and regulations, or internal policies and procedures covered by the Programs in the Region
