Job Title: Corporate Building & Facilities Senior Manager We are looking for a Corporate Building & Facilities Senior Manager responsible for the management and optimization, both for the services and budget, of the Building and Facilities strategy of APAC and NORAM regions.
Main Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the Building and Facilities strategy for APAC and NORAM regions, coordinating with regional managers and the Group Real Estate (GRE) organization.
Collaborate with the Head of GRE to define short and mid-term strategies and areas for improvement, focusing on vendor coordination, contract management, ESG strategies, and budget optimization.
Work closely with Corporate Finance, Purchasing, and Real Estate departments to ensure adequate service delivery and coordination of Building and Facilities activities.
Implement new solutions and evolve the model in alignment with the overall strategy between Group Real Estate and Building and Facilities.
Guide, supervise, and oversee the implementation of Building and Facilities policies, procedures, and decisions, defining KPIs at global, regional, and local levels.
Key Functional Accountabilities: Develop, lead, and deliver all Building and Facilities initiatives at APAC and NORAM, ensuring timeline and budget control.
Identify key stakeholders, seek new vendors, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Conduct market analysis to understand local pricing and best practices, considering local and regional benchmarks.
Analyze office space utilization and propose strategies to improve flexibility, meeting the needs of Amadeus and its employees.
Oversee building projects, renovations, and refurbishments, ensuring compliance with quality and building code requirements.
About the Ideal Candidate: Over 8 years of experience in a similar position in a leading role within Facility Management/General Services at a multinational company.
Relevant experience in architecture, building engineering, engineering, or facility management.
Financial background and/or ESG expertise is beneficial.
Fluent in English; other languages are valuable.
