CORPORATE AUTOMATION PROCESS MANAGER
MISSION
Drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation through the implementation of automation solutions. Identify opportunities for automation across departments and processes, design and develop automation solutions, and ensure their successful integration and deployment.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an automation strategy . Identify key areas where automation can drive value and streamline operations.
Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. Design optimized processes that leverage automation technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
Develop custom automation solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Work closely with IT teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications. Ensure seamless deployment of automation solutions while adhering to security and compliance standards.
Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and scalability. Continuously monitor and optimize automation processes to improve performance and efficiency over time.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of automation solutions.
Stay abreast of emerging automation technologies, trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent English and Spanish (written & spoken).
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions projects.
Travel at least once a month.
DESIRED
Experience with automation tools and technologies, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), and workflow automation platforms.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
