Context: The Corporate Actions team provides and facilitates everything that affects the client's universe of funds in a personalized, agile, and rigorous way. The team's aim is to simplify our clients' professional lives by providing standardized Corporate Actions events solutions. It converts complex and specialized documentation into tailored-made solutions to automate events dissemination and treatment.
Key Responsibilities: Notifying clients about the changes made in their universe of Funds.Connecting Fund Houses and Clients, analyzing each communication received, and providing personalized information service.Data maintenance and operation setup of the funds on the platform.Uploading all operative activities related to corporate events in the AF platform, such as Dividends, mergers, and liquidations.Enhancing Allfunds services and tools to improve the client's experience by automating non-value-added processes to focus on value-added activities and developing innovative data protocols.Assisting Fund Houses and Distributors with any questions related to the life cycle of a fund or Corporate Action notification.The Skills and Knowledge You Will Need: Analytical thinkingPositive and team player attitudeStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnInnovative & proactive approachResourceful, can-do attitude, with a strong work ethicAbility to deal with pressure and overlapping priorities
