Who we are? The Finance Team is responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping, and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager to help us establish a roadmap to transform and manage the accounting and tax area, and manage the daily financial operations.
What will you do? Manage the day-to-day activities of the company's finance operations including Accounts Receivable and Revenue, Accounts Payables, General ledger, and Reconciliation activities; ensuring all financial transactions, systems, and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns, regulatory submissions, and compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws. Liaise with tax advisors and regulatory authorities as necessary. Troubleshoot daily operational issues and work closely with other stakeholders, especially IT teams, to come up with solutions. Manage and implement Company's initiatives and projects from a finance and accounting perspective, including providing requirements, designing, and performing UAT, designing new workflow, and monitoring post go-live processes. Perform financial audits of subsidiaries and consolidated groups in a timely manner. Perform Transfer pricing annual report with our advisors. Identify opportunities to drive processes improvement and automation. Provide reports and analysis using finance operations data to support management decision-making. Coordinate with various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate data is available for the preparation of financial information for internal and external reporting. Maintain the internal control environment in the Company's operations that comply with corporate policies. Be a reliable business partner and provide advisory services to multiple stakeholders on new initiatives or issues. Prepare and carry out presentations to large or senior audiences. Provide coaching and development support to team members. Address ad-hoc requests and issues. Minimum Requirements: 5-7 years of working experience in finance operations, risk and control, and/or financial reporting functions with solid managerial experience (previous experience in Big4 is a big plus). Strong logical and critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box. Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset. Experience in ERP development. Strong ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders' expectations. Strong ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with stakeholders and your own team. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Solid ability to communicate effectively and make clear and convincing discussions and presentations. Experience in driving and implementing process improvement. Strong knowledge of GAAP and knowledge & compliance in financial & accounting management and internal control.
