You will help to create unique and curiosity-piquing content that inspires our customers to book their dream trips. You will write captivating copy for our extraordinary multi-day itineraries as well as servicing various marketing channels and internal teams.What will you do?Use technical and creative copywriting skills to produce a variety of assets, including newsletters, landing pages, website copy, flyers, social media posts, amongst others.Adapt assets for use in B2B and B2C channels, understanding the nuances of communicative and persuasive techniques between audiences.Understand, review and track the performance metrics of our assets and work together with channel owners on how to optimise them.Have a clear understanding of full funnel communication – from awareness to conversion, and a proven ability to write persuasive copy that achieves objectives; from hooking in prospects to achieving conversions.Take ownership of one or more channels and lead on the creative and strategic communications approach to be implemented, reporting and tracking progress with your Team Lead.Create captivating and user-friendly trip itineraries that capture the imaginations of travelers.Develop compelling and unique content that adheres to our branding and style guidelines.Be tuned into popular culture with a keen awareness of current trends.Clear understanding of how to use AI effectively without diluting distinctiveness of content.Minimum Requirements:3+ years of work experience in a similar role.English speaker (native or advanced-level Spanish is a plus.)In-depth understanding of conversion copywriting (Copyhackers training is a plus.)Working knowledge of copywriting best practices for various channels including CRM, web, performance marketing, blog, and organic social media.Proven experience writing copy for both B2B and B2C audiences.Great writing, proofing, and editing skills.Impeccable attention to detail.Creative mindset and passionate about travel.Proactive attitude, a confident self-starter and responsible in leadership of assigned channels.Being able to multitask and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality of work
