We are set to disrupt this space by offering a comprehensive solution that empowers both parents and therapists, covering most conditions within a unified platform.
Role overview: Responsibilities: Utilise the capabilities of ChatGPT to generate content ideas, draft engaging copy, and strategise content.
Manage the feedback from therapists and end-users to enhance clarity, engagement, and relevance.
Convert and adapt content into BeneTalk's proprietary format/software.
Focus on improving the user experience by delivering engaging content.
Collaborate with the product development team to improve the user experience and BeneTalk's AI capabilities.
Requirements: Bachelor's technical degree.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Proficient in English.
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to understand and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for helping families to find joy in speaking and improving lives.
Nice to have requirements: Experience with UX design tools such as Figma.
Experience in software development or in writing HTML code.
Living in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
