As Coordinator, Supplier Services - Pharmacies, you will be a member of the Supplier Relations team and provide administrative support to our partners for the PharmaTrend Panel. In addition to individual stores (pharmacies and drugstores), you will also look after chains and groups.Your tasksYou are responsible for contract management with individual pharmacies and drugstores and monitor changes in our CRM system with regards to members of pharmacy chains and groupings.As an interface between our data production team, external IT companies (system providers) and pharmacies as well as drugstores, you will support the weekly and monthly quality checks of our PharmaTrend data and help with the delivery of special requests (e.G. specific data evaluations) to our partners.As part of first-level support, you will answer questions from pharmacies and drugstores about PharmaTrend data by phone or e-mail and create individual ad-hoc evaluations.
