Join us in shaping the future of real estate.We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us in the position of Coordinator Operations - Gran Casa.Working Place: GrancasaRequirements:Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a solid technical knowledge.5 years of experience in safety, maintenance, operations or management roles.Experience working with external providers and contractors and guaranteeing their levels of service.Strong ability to coordinate teams.Intermediate level in English (at least B2).Proficient in MS Office.Strong problem-solving skills.Structured, results oriented and resilientTo be open-minded, proactive and creative is absolutely essential.Responsibilities:Coordinate, supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Shopping Centre, namely the proper running of the safety and security, cleaning, gardening and maintenance teams, and mainly concerning the installation and maintenance of equipment, setting priorities for action and ensuring the proper deployment of technical and human resources, in accordance with the general operating rules, for the purpose of assuring their safety and operability of all the systems, thus providing a pleasant space for visitors.Elaborate and implement plans and programs in order to optimize the consumptions and resources of the shopping centre.Identify, select, propose for approval and follow up on items that compose the investment plan of the Shopping Centre. To prepare the technical specifications to tender the items of the Investment Plan.To operationally support the owner in all the works/refurbishments/layout changes being developed in the shopping centre.Prepare the ESG Action Plan and to assure its implementation.Prepare the reports requested by the owner related to the technical area of the shopping centre, capex and ESG.Manage and follow-up the service charge budget.Implement and control the procedures and certifications in environment, Safety & Health, quality (i.E BREEAM, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, OHSAS, UNE 1700001).At Sonae Sierra, we are committed to creating a workplace that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
