Overview: Coordinator, Operations & Course Management We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Coordinator to join our Operations and Course Management team, mainly focused on program delivery of online programs for both B2C and B2B markets. The Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out academic, logistic, operational, and enrollment related duties for a variety of online programs within the department. This full-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with learning management systems, comfortable working in diverse and multi-cultural environments,and has a natural gift for customer service.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Support during the enrollment process for the programs in question, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.Attend to any administrative duties to ensure a smooth running of the enrollment duties.Give first level technical support when needed by leads and/or participants.Execute the delivery of the online programs as part of the Program Delivery team.End-to-end course delivery for synchronous and asynchronous online components of the programs.Assist participants and faculty before, during, and after the programs ensuring a premium online learning experience.Execute satisfaction surveys and corresponding data analysis and reporting.Leverage learning analytics to deliver personalized delivery experience.Offer support for the creation of a community of learners during and after the program.Support learners after the courses to create a community around topics and interests.Encourage networking and interaction among participants via interactive channels.Internal and External Stakeholder Relations:Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and corporate client reports.Investigation and testing of innovative educational technology, artificial intelligence, and learning analytics models to improve program delivery and increase efficiency in learning and learner satisfaction.Qualifications:A Bachelor ´s degree.Customer orientation and service excellence.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.High attention to detail and organized, methodical working style.Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing business needs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.English language native level. Fluency in Spanish. Speaking other languages is a plus.Experience working with learning management systems, program delivery is a plus.This role will be working with clients in the Middle East and could have to work some Sundays instead of Fridays to align with client working schedules.#J-18808-Ljbffr
