We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us in the position of Coordinator Operations - Área Sur .
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a solid technical knowledge.
5 years of experience in safety, maintenance, operations or management roles.
Experience working with external providers and contractors and guaranteeing their levels of service.
Skilled in managing operations.
Strong ability to coordinate teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Structured, results oriented and resilient.
To be open minded, proactive and creative is absolutely essential.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Shopping Centre, namely the proper running of the safety and security, cleaning, gardening and maintenance teams, and mainly concerning the installation and maintenance of equipment, setting priorities for action and ensuring the proper deployment of technical and human resources, in accordance with the general operating rules, for the purpose of assuring their safety and operability of all the systems, thus providing a pleasant space for visitors.
Elaborate and implement plans and programs in order to optimise the consumptions and resources of the shopping centre.
Identify, select, propose for approval and follow up on items that compose the investment plan of the Shopping Centre.
Prepare the ESG Action Plan and assure its implementation.
Prepare the reports requested by the owner related to the technical area of the shopping centre, capex and ESG.
Manage and follow-up the service charge budget.
Collaborate with the different audits and certification processes.
