The main responsibilities and tasks will be the following:
Provide high-level services, including support for experimental design, data analysis, integration, interpretation, and report preparation.Develop pipelines and methodologies tailored to the needs of the institution's research projects.Coordinate junior bioinformaticians who provide support for other projects.Offer high-quality services, including assistance with experimental design, data analysis, integration, interpretation, and reporting.Supervise junior bioinformaticians supporting assigned projects.Understand sequencing devices and data types, as well as possess solid knowledge of laboratory processes in the initial stages.
