This role offers the chance to work on impactful European projects in education and society. We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid - IE Tower.Responsibilities: Your role as Coordinator, CIVICA Alliance will involve:Assist with project management and administrative duties to support seamless operations.Master SharePoint to manage documents and workflows efficiently.Participate/organize meetings with internal collaborators and external counterparts to assure timely delivery and full participation in projects.Manage travel arrangements and handle expense reports smoothly.Manage budget across different projects.Effectively communicate deadlines, objectives, concepts, and ideas. Must possess the ability to see the "big picture" behind projects and transmit this vision to others, particularly when leading a project or working with internal stakeholders.Work closely with other key stakeholders to assure a full 360º view of collaboration with other partners, deliverables, deadlines.Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Minimum two years of professional experience.Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, including experience with travel arrangement platforms such as Cytric and Microsoft Dynamics for expense reporting.Strong organizational skills with managing deadlines and juggling multiple tasks
