Your mission will be to provide support to the teaching staff in the development of cooking training activities, including the mise en place of the classes and assistance during their delivery.
On a daily basis... You will assist in the preparation of ingredients, mise en place and execution of recipes, under the supervision of the teaching staff.You will collaborate in inventory management, ensuring the availability, quality and proper administration of the raw materials necessary for the delivery of classes.You will keep the work area clean and tidy, ensuring that the equipment, classrooms, machinery and utensils are in optimal conditions.You will participate in the organization and development of workshops and final projects of the students.RequirementsDo you feel identified with these characteristics? You have an intermediate degree in Gastronomy.You stand out for your social and interpersonal skills, creating a positive atmosphere at all times.You have organizational skills and a sense of order.You are enthusiastic about the idea of getting into the training field.It will be a plus if: You have previous experience working in kitchen, which will allow you to bring even more value to the team.You are fluent in Basque and English at an advanced level (C1), increasing your communication skills.You adapt easily to different contexts, demonstrating flexibility.What we offer you at Basque Culinary Center?
