Your main mission will be to take responsibility, in collaboration with the area's teaching team, for the design and teaching of cooking courses for professionals.
Our main lines of work are focused on: Teaching theoretical and practical cooking subjects, both traditional and modern.Updating the contents for the teaching of the different subjects.Preparing, together with the team of kitchen assistants, the mise en place for the training, orders, etc.Tutoring projects, reviewing work, following up with students, dynamizing forums, etc.RequirementsDo you identify yourself with the following characteristics? You have at least a FP2 degree in Cooking, Gastronomy or similar.You have at least 5 years of professional experience working in gastronomic or Michelin Star restaurants.Knowledge of computer tools at user level, such as Excel and PowerPoint.You will make a difference if: You have delivered training, both formal and non-formal.You have a Master's Degree in Teacher Training and/or the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP).You have experience working with learning platforms, such as Moodle or similar.You have a high level of English (C1).What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?
