Our office is located in the heart of Shanghai at: No.888 Sichuan North Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai, China Key Responsibilities: Business Growth and Market Analysis Collaborate with industry experts to develop growth strategies and explore new market opportunities. ? Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. ? Build relationships with key external stakeholders, including government regulatory bodies. Operational Leadership ? Oversee the daily operations of the Shanghai office, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. ? Implement ERP systems to streamline operations and drive efficiency. ? Lead and mentor the office team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Supplier and Partner Relations ? Establish and manage an efficient supplier and factory search system in China. ? Conduct high-level negotiations with senior executives from suppliers, factories, and banks. ? Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve conflicts to maintain strong, long-term partnerships. Supply Chain Management ? Oversee logistics operations, manage purchase orders, and ensure compliance with export regulations. ? Develop and execute export customs procedures, ensuring smooth VAT refund processes. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Economics, Law, or a related field. ? Minimum of 8 years' experience in export trade. ? Strong understanding of Chinese export laws and regulations. ? Proven ability to establish systems for identifying suppliers and securing the most competitive pricing in the market. ? Expertise in developing employee motivation and performance systems focused on improving the company's economic indicators. ? Strong track record in building systems to control and reduce company costs. ? Fluency in both English and Chinese, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. ? Proficiency in ERP systems, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
