Main Responsibilities Oversee company financial needs, controlling disbursements, bank balances, establishing and maintaining credit and collection procedures. Participate in the elaboration of the annual budget plan. Elaborate and analyze strategic KPIs of the company (margins, pricing, business development, etc.). Analyze deviations of actual figures vs. budget. Prepare business managerial reporting (Profit & Loss, balance sheet, cash flows, ...) on a monthly basis, that is timely, accurate, and usable by the business in assessing its financial and economic performance. Develop business intelligence tools, to provide a basis for decision making. Create financial analysis and initiatives to improve profitability. Monitor the cash flow into and out of the organization, and calculate the working capital and cash flow projection of the company, on a monthly basis. Oversee payments of all accounts, ensuring all accounts are paid on time. Organize information and statements for audits and both internal and external auditors. Analyze, recommend and implement necessary improvements across the finance landscape of the business to ensure integrity and consistency of financial data. Advise on financial analyses and decisions-making regarding capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, significant costs, benchmarks, and other matters with management and chief financial officer. Partner with the Accounting Manager in the closing of the Financial Statements and preparation of all reporting materials. Requirements Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar. 3-4 years' experience as Controller or Financial/Business Analyst. Desirable working experience in audit and/or transactions services in a "Big Four" company. Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Able to build connections with people, creating a positive and inspiring environment where teams thrive and challenge each other positively. Humble and approachable, a team player with great collaboration skills, always putting team goals above personal interests. Ability to communicate efficiently and operationally, with a sense of written and oral communication in both Spanish and English. Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
