About The Role:The role is tasked with delivering better business intelligence and, more importantly, better insights to influence decision-making in the right direction and create an impact on company performance.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Gathering all the key information and preparing project profitability analysis based on utilization and time booking of the teams.Review and evaluation of financial dashboards covering key areas such as sales, project profitability, and working capital.Drive the forecasting process to clear deadlines with inputs from responsible business leads.Preparing P&L trend analysis to enable understanding of key financial variances to forecast, providing commentary and analysis to understand the short and long-term impact.Assist in the commercial analysis and response to tender opportunities.Support the bid process and other activities by providing financial information as required.As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to:Opportunities to develop and grow your career.Employee Assistance Programme.About You:Who we're looking for:Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills:3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.Sound knowledge and practical experience of Spain procedures and legal requirements.Native/bilingual in Spanish.
