Review provisions, billing and collections, warranty problems and claims to factories and suppliers, changes in committed delivery dates.
Monthly settlement of projects and analysis of the evolution of the line of business against the budget.
In collaboration with the sales department, prepare a monthly project sales report to control and report on compliance with the sales budget, "RFC Order Intake".
Analysis of the project portfolio and projection of settlements in the medium and long term "RFC Sales".
Support Project managers in administrative and finance related project issues.Treasury: Foreign Exchange Transactions, Weekly Cash Forecast.Administration: Issuance of sales invoices, Accounting of supplier invoices, Management of purchase orders, ERP feed, Cost Centers control.Responsible for the monthly and annual reporting to the parent company of the balance sheet of the legal entity, including analysis and reconciliation of ledger accounts and mapping and transformation of the statutory balance sheet according to IAS to allow consolidation to the parent company.Collaboration with the Financial Director in the organization and auditing of external and internal accounts and tax reports.Analysis of processes according to ICS (Internal Control System) and improvement proposal.To succeed in this role, you will need:Degree in Economics or Business Administration.Consolidated Accounting Knowledge.At least 2 years' experience preferably in an industrial/production environment.Sound understanding of ERP systems.Fluent in English.Fiscal knowledge.
