MISSION
To control the profitability of the different parts produced and/or sold by NMISA plants and A-ILN through the different stages of the annual process (Monthly closing, Business Plan, Forecast, Mid Term Plan), and always meeting the required time and accuracy standards in order to allow Management to take decisions at each time.
MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES To monitor and challenge the total cost of the parts produced in NMISA plants and the parts not produced but sold through A-ILN and After-Sales.
This refers to actual cost for the monthly and annual closing periods as well as estimating costs for the Business Plans and Forecasts.To calculate the selling Price of all the parts produced in NMISA plants and the parts not produced but sold through A-ILN and After-Sales.
To communicate, discuss and agree these prices with the different NMISA customers (NISA, NMUK, Nissan plants in other regions, Renault, Third Party customers).
To estimate total turnover for Business Plans or Forecasts.To participate in the new business projects establishing selling prices for the new parts for the different phases of the project (trial parts, serial parts).To coordinate with the different functions of the Company all the relevant information to elaborate costs and selling prices.To prepare a Profit & Loss Statement for all the different businesses involving parts sales: Avila, A-ILN, Spare parts.
To ensure that the margins meet the requirements from the point of view of tax, transfer price rules and accounting & reporting standards.
Analysis of the actual results and explain variance against Business Plan or Forecast.To report Business Plan, Forecast and Actual results to local management, Regional Control function and relevant functions such as After-Sales and SCM.BACKGROUND Degree in Economics, ADE or similar.Experience in Controlling function, preferably in industrial environment.English level mid-high.Good command in MS Office tools: Excel, Powerpoint, Access.SAP user level.Location: Barcelona, Spain
