This includes past (reporting), today, and future (forecasting). Safeguard the realization of the BU strategy by managing, monitoring, and controlling the financial processes of the company products and customers, CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations), and OPEX. Monitor within the Group/BU strategy, the Centrient policies, requirements, and guidelines. Responsible for on-time and in-full reporting towards Corporate and financial master data within SAP.The main activities and responsibilities:Monitor and control financial performance (Topline, Cost Margins, and OPEX). Effective and efficient reporting. Report deviations and advise on actions for improvement.Key user for SAP FICO and SAP SAC (Insight).Master data SAP (e.g., pricing, credit limits, KKPAN).Owner of all reporting towards corporate (on time in full).Responsible for analyzing, reporting, and improving Working Capital including weekly cash flow forecast.Process improvements, reduce complexity (cross-departmental).Lead or participate in projects (analyzing financial performance, e.g., customer profitability or BC).Advise Group or Finance Director on how to improve and strengthen the existing financial procedures.Contribute to strategy and long-term plans. Responsible for the financial planning, budget, and FC.Minimum Requirements:Academic level degree or equivalent in Business Economics and/or Finance & Control.English language skills.Knowledge of IFRS and SAP is a plus.4 years relevant experience in Business Controlling or equivalent.Pharma industry experience preferred within production environment (product costing).Financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).Affinity with both business and finance.
