You will provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, analyze financial data to support decision-making, and drive initiatives to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely reporting of financial results.Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to assess financial performance, identify trends, and evaluate business metrics.Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities, working closely with department heads and senior management to develop realistic financial plans and targets.Monitor budget vs. actual performance, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions to align expenditures with budgetary guidelines and strategic objectives.Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.Coordinate internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and address audit findings and recommendations in a timely manner.Manage cash flow projections, liquidity, and working capital requirements to support daily operations, capital investments, and debt obligations.Optimize cash management strategies, including cash pooling, investment of excess funds, and management of banking relationships.Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior management and key stakeholders to support decision-making, business planning, and strategic initiatives.Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and divestitures, conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments to assess viability and potential returns.Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance function
