HAVI is looking for a controller with 2 years of experience highly focused on improvement and implement business processes, dashboards, KPI's, etc in order to define better business objectives and support decision making.
Responsibilities Prepare reporting within the deadline with the highest quality, reducing number of adjustments to a minimum with increasing quality.
Ownership on responsabilities assigned: understand customer P&L structure, monitor customers monthly results and variances versus budget.
Be able to build forecast and budget.
Constant communication with sales team about business performance, margins, price analysis, and investments.
Perform monthly variance analysis: deviations, profitability analysis, gross margin and costs lines.
Constant support to the controlling team to upload data in the system (Essbase).
Support the controlling manager on building next year's budget for Individual customers with the involvement of Operations and the relevant stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and gather relevant requirements to propose new processes designs.
Deliver innovative and collaborative solutions for processes optimization.
Build and facilitate reporting on process efficiency, compliance, and other key metrics.
Prepare presentations for internal management meetings.
Support Controlling manager in corporate initiatives, provide advisory support to other departments and perform other special projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications Controlling experience: 1-2 years as Finance Analyst Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting or in a relevant finance technical discipline, preferably engineering, economics, ADE.
SAP is a must have; planning systems (Essbase) Fluent English and Spanish, 3rd language is a plus Analytical skills If you are a dynamic, proactive person, goal oriented; this is your position!
