Your mission within Kantox Reporting to the Controlling Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term plans. Analyse financial data to explain variances and detect risks / opportunities, especially within the area of costs of sales and operational expenses. Partner with the accounting team during the month-end process in regards to the review and analysis of the financial data (PL mainly). Participate in the monthly and quarterly reporting to the top management and the group. Lead the preparation and reporting to the financial authorities (Bank of Spain and Financial Conduct Authority). Key contributor in the optimization and automatization of our reporting process with the implementation of Power BI and the digitalization of our dashboards and reports. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making. Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Who you are 2+ years proven working experience as FP&A or Controller. Fluent level of English. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of commitment to quality work, proactivity and motivation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Financial modelling and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to successfully maintain a view of the big picture. Strong Excel skills and Power BI knowledge.
