At Hays Executive, we are seeking a Controller Director for a multinational real estate company, headquartered in Andalucía. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and monitor business plans in collaboration with the CEO and other directors. Define costs, calculate cash flow and profits, and ensure the correct implementation of financial plans. Reporting and Compliance: Create and validate financial reports, present findings to stakeholders, and conduct project meetings to assign tasks and ensure information flow. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Risk Management: Develop and manage the company's financial structure, oversee relationships with banks and financial experts, and manage financial risks. Ensure the sales pace and business plan targets are met. Coordination and Communication: Manage effective coordination and communication with technical teams, architects, builders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient integration in residential development projects. Contracting and Negotiation: Participate in negotiations with banks, contractors, and other partners. Validate important contracts and agreements, and manage suppliers and tertiary personnel. Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in Engineering or Business Administration (ADE) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate sector, with a strong focus on residential development. Strong financial acumen, strategic vision, and a results-driven approach. Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and leading teams. Advanced level of English for effective coordination and communication with international teams and financial partners.
