YOUR TASKS: Global Control Centre is a department that selves as a central function where all wind farms that are under contract are monitored and controlled, In addition, we are part of customer support functions and offer our services to our customers.
You are responsible for ensuring that our processes and services are effective and efficient for our customers.
Work as an Operator in the Global Control Centre under a shift schedule 24/7.
Assist Operators with pre-processing and solving of customer request (phone, email) via ticketing system.
Assist the Group Lead/Shift leader with training of new Operators and their integration into the Global Control Centre Fault monitoring and remote rectification as well control of all assets where possible, based on SCADA access level.
Respond quickly and effectively to any unplanned outages or requests to minimise any potential loses.
Processing and solving customer request (phone, email) via ticketing system e.g., Schedule start/stop, curtailments, incidents, cases & service request handling.
Processing of customer as well service technician's request in an international environment.
Processing of minor Wind Turbine interactions (Start/Stop) Perform in real time via CWE the Curtailments/Energy trading requests.

YOUR PROFILE: Completed mandatory trainings for the position, with minimum 1 years of experience as Operator or comparable background.
Excellent IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Packages.
Profound English skills (spoken and written) are a must.
Strong report writing skills, events, and wider implications.
Polite and service-oriented manners as well as good communication skills and a Team player oriented.
Experience in the wind industry or renewables and a good understanding of Wind Turbine Safety Rules is most valuable.
Willing to work in a 24/7 shift schedule.
