We are looking for a Workday Contracts to Cash (CTC) Consultant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
Leading and participating in all Workday Contracts to Cash implementation lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into Workday configuration, and provide advice on best practices.Configuring Workday modules to meet business requirements related to Contracts to Cash processes.Identifying strategies, risks, and options and recommending approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of CTC processes with other modules and systems.Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices.Demonstrating design options using prototyping.Understanding and applying Workday and Accenture Workday Methodology.Providing Project Leadership with status updates and keeping them apprised of the overall project status.Demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.Supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.Ideally you will have a strong finance background and a demonstrable track record on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, owning and driving the Workday agenda.
