This role will be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.Responsibilities:Both conduct and advise department personnel on the review, initiation, negotiation, administration (including monitoring and reporting), and close out of Canadian Government contracts.Communicate and correspond directly with customer contracting officials.Initiate and manage transactional and internal escalations as necessary.Act as liaison between and among Equinix business units to ensure compliance with contract terms.Understand, adhere to, and promote company ethics and compliance policies.Use functional experience and expertise in the review and administration of nondisclosure, teaming, and subcontract agreements.Assist in the identification, recommendation, development, and implementation of enhancements to Equinixs government contracting policies and processes.Conduct proposal preparation including examination of RFP solicitation requirements and estimates, analyzing terms and conditions to evaluate risks to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, customer specifications, and proposal submission.Review, improve, and address gap areas in contracting department templates and documents.Travel to company locations or customer sites as and when necessary.Keep up to date with ongoing industry developments and education.Perform other duties as required
