Contracting Manager West Europe - (Valencia)

We're currently looking for a Contracting Manager to join our dynamic team of destination experts. In this role, you'll ensure the successful and profitable management of our West Europe Contracting function. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, researching alternative service providers, and assisting with new product development and pricing. You'll also collaborate with our Operations, Sales, Reservation and Finance teams to ensure the smooth and successful execution of our trips. This is a permanent full-time position, operating out of our office in Valencia, Spain. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days. Some of the essential experience you'll have includes: - At least 2 years' experience in contracting, sourcing suppliers and contract management - Knowledge and experience in contracting on our main destinations: Spain & Portugal – France is a plus! - Excellent negotiation skills - Experience managing staff and leading a team - Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and ideally other European languages - Undergraduate and graduate degrees would be an advantage You'll have excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills across a variety of cultures. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be the catalyst to your success in this role.
