Are you ready to shape the future of adventure travel while championing responsible and sustainable tourism? Intrepid Travel is seeking a passionate and driven Contracting Manager to lead and evolve our West Europe Contracting Department.

In this role, you will have primary accountability for developing an outstanding service range at the best possible rates while driving effective contracting systems and improving trip profitability. Your expertise will help forge and nurture strong supplier partnerships, continuously elevating service quality for Intrepid's customers.

Working closely with the Destination Product Manager for West Europe, you'll support the development of innovative new itineraries tailored to client needs. This cross-functional role will also see you collaborating with our Operations, Sales, Reservations, and Finance teams to ensure we're delivering exceptional travel experiences every time.

This is a full-time, permanent position operating in a hybrid capacity out of our Valencia office 2-3 days per week.
Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include:
Proven expertise in sourcing and managing supplier contracts effectively, preferably as a Contracting/Purchasing Manager.
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals and build lasting partnerships.
Leadership experience with a track record of managing staff and leading high-performing teams.
Native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills in English. Additional European languages being highly advantageous.
Deep understanding of the local travel industry across Europe, with flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Analytical acumen with preferred experience in business development and/or financial analysis to drive commercial growth.
