Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.
Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).
Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as an HR Document Management Architect who will be accountable for designing solutions for widely-used electronic signature and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform that enables users to sign documents digitally, streamlining the signing process for contracts, agreements, and responsible for the management.
We focus on: Complete end to end ownership of managing technology platforms with Data first mindset.
Deeply involved in working with agile mode and cross collaboration between different team, stakeholders.
Technology Solutioning and enhancing platform with a vision to leverage AI.
Main Responsibilities Develop high level and low-level architecture design of scalable and effective CLM or similar solutions that meet business needs.
Integration and solution design to integrate the CLM with other enterprise systems and applications.
Work with business team to streamline the signing process for contracts, agreements, Deeply understands electronic signatures, workflow automation and re-usable templates.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Applies best practices for using CLM solutions, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Create and maintain architectural documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, and user manuals.
Work and engage with vendors and technical teams for implementation.
Provide training to end-users and technical support to resolve issues related to CLM implementations.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+4 years of previous experience Experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature solutions CLM solutions.
Strong understanding of API integration and web services.
Knowledge of compliance and security standards related to electronic signatures.
Has experience in at least one major implementation of CLM solution in a large organization.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about system design.
Has strong verbal and written Technical Communication skills.
