Each member of our team is invested in telling our company's story, building our brand, and establishing new processes that challenge the traditional and often dated methods of recruiting.THE ROLEAs a Contract Recruiting Coordinator, you are the anchor for our Talent Acquisition team. You'll support all of our interview coordination efforts for open roles, including scheduling and coordinating phone screens and interview loops. You will prepare approved offer letters and initiate background checks. You bring energy and organization to ensure candidates have a smooth transition to becoming future Britelings. And you partner across the Talent Acquisition Operations Team and with talent managers and hiring leaders, ensuring the applicant tracking system is up to date and using data to influence and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting process.We're looking for someone who is committed to consistently raising the bar for our Talent Acquisition team. You will be a trusted resource to candidates, talent managers, and hiring teams, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally. We will thrive because you bring fresh perspectives to build and maintain a best in class hiring culture.Contract will last between 6-8 monthsTHE SKILL SETExperienced: Previous experience in an administrative, recruiting, HR, operations, or customer service related role that has given you exposure to project management, operations, scheduling, and data analytics. You are familiar with ATSes, databases and customer service platforms (e.g. Lever, JIRA, Workday, Tableau). At least a year of previous coordination experience in a high volume environment, preferably a search firm or in-house recruiting environment.Results Oriented: You provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external clients. You are highly organized, with experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks while managing your time efficiently. You take initiative, work independently and have exceptional attention to detail. You are able to juggle complex schedules and tough requests without ever dropping the ball.Strategic: You are highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders. You have excellent project leadership skills and can keep track of deadlines, deliverables associated with multiple workstreams.Creative: We're looking for individuals eager to try new things and take chances to adapt how Eventbrite's Talent Acquisition function operates. You successfully demonstrate capability for creative problem solving and solutioning. You are able to seek out answers and drive solutions autonomously.Interpersonal communications skills: You have the ability to authentically listen and communicate (written and verbally) in a way that allows you to connect with internal and external audiences.Collaborative: You can build collaborative relationships with the Talent Acquisition team and cross-functional partners (People Operations, Business Leaders, IT Team, Legal, among others). You possess a strong presence and level of comfort engaging with team members and business leaders of all levels. You are able to create and sustain productive relationships with candidates to ensure they have a great candidate experience.Flexible: You have the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and feel comfortable with ambiguity. You are able to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing environments and regulations while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
